York Community Energy is a membership-led society working to tackle the climate impacts of York's energy use. We do this by supporting households to reduce their energy consumption and by establishing community-owned renewable energy generation. We also support vulnerable households to manage their energy use through our York Energy Advice service. We want the economic value of our energy use to stay local and be used for social good.
